Children: Henry, Esther, Asa, Francis, Ruth, James, Lewis, Ann, Eli

Asa was a Lt. in Capt. Seymour’s Company of the 9th Connecticut militia, enlisted Aug 12, 1776, discharged Sept 6, 1779, 9th CT Regt. Entered service as Lieut. Oct 24, 1776, and served till Nov 2, 1776, 9th Regt under Col. Wooster and Capt. Seymour.

Buried in St. Paul’s Cemetery
