Master Sergeant Adolph C. Westerling of 24 Harbor Avenue, an assistant instructor at Middle Tennessee State College, has reported to the Armor ROTC Summer Camp at Fort Knox, Kentucky. Sergeant Westerling has been assigned as an assistant instructor on the Tactics Committee of the Instructor Group. He will assist in instruction of Armored Tactics given to the 760 ROTC cadets attending the camp. Sergeant Westerling entered the service in 1941 and served in the European Theater of Operations (ETO) during World War II where he received the Purple Heart for wounds received in action.
