DOB/DOD: May 17, 1896 (Norwalk, CT) – January 9, 1918; 21 years old
MARITAL STATUS: Unmarried
LOCAL ADDRESS: 10 Elm Grove, Norwalk
UNIT: Motor Transport Company, 11th Quartermaster Corps

FAMILY: Born to Walter Hall (1862-1906) and Anna Hall (1868-1967). One sister, Alice (1893-1974). Three brothers, Albert (1895-1966), Ray (1898-1958), and John (1902-1983).

CIRCUMSTANCES: He contracted dysentery and died in a hospital in Jersey City, NJ.



Was on the manifest for an outgoing ship departure on January 8, 1918, but was scratched from the list. The note says “in hospital” in Hoboken, New Jersey.
