Private Lawrence Le Beau, 19, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mestai Le Beau, 6 Raymond Street, was killed in action in Germany on April 11. He was with the Ninth Army. He entered the service in October 1944. He went overseas on January 15 of this year. He graduated from Norwalk High School Class of 1945 and played right guard with the High School team. He graduated from St. Joseph’s Parochial School and Benjamin Franklin Junior High School. Besides his parents, he is survived by one brother, Robert Le Beau. Private Le Beau worked part-time at Veterans Market, South Main Street.
