Married Hannah Marvin in 1788
Children: Delia, Charlotte, Matthew, Maria

Son of Lieutenant Colonel Stephen St. John (1735-1785), also a veteran of the Revolutionary War.

Buried in East Norwalk Historical Cemetery, Cemetery Street, Norwalk, CT.
